At HSC Services, we are acutely aware of the Information Technology demands as well as the personnel pressures within today's corporate environment. We strive to provide your company with efficient, cost effective solutions and services for the areas where you have an abundance of work or a shortage of manpower, for new or existing technologies.
Over the years we have developed strong relationships with highly qualified consultants. We provide consultants on a right-to-hire basis. This concept is extremely beneficial since many companies want these individuals as part of their staff. Your company may feel that it may be advantageous to hire the consultant at the end of the contract. We have found through experience that six months to one year will afford the client and consultant an opportunity to determine if the consultant should hire on as a full time employee. If the company wishes to hire a HSC Services staff member prior to the end of the contract, HSC Services will charge a conversion fee based on the consultant's annual salary.
HSC Services also provides permanent placement services to fill specific requirements.
